Why dialect, not just language, is the unit that matters
"Arabic" is not one dialect for data purposes. Egyptian, Gulf, Levantine, and Maghrebi Arabic differ enough in vocabulary, structure, and pronunciation that data collected in one doesn't transfer cleanly to a product serving another. We recruit and route work by dialect region specifically, not by "Arabic speaker" as a single category.
