Real data work, paid, across the region
Companies building AI need people who record audio, take photos, write and review text, and evaluate AI responses in their own language and dialect. That's the work. Here's what it actually involves.
What the work looks like
- Record audio
- Read or conversational speech tasks in your dialect.
- Take photos
- Photograph real-world scenes to a specific brief — a shelf, a storefront, a document.
- Record video
- Short clips of everyday actions, following a fixed task list.
- Write & review text
- Write responses, or review and correct existing text against a rubric.
- Review AI responses
- Compare two AI answers and say which you'd accept, and why.
- Expert tasks
- If you're a licensed professional (medical, legal, and similar fields), see the expert data track below.
How you get paid
Specific payout methods and per-task rates depend on your country and the project you're matched to — we're not going to publish a generic global rate here because it wouldn't be accurate for any specific market. Apply below and we'll tell you exactly what's available in your country before you commit to anything.
What to expect after you apply
Not every applicant is matched to work immediately — it depends on which projects are active and what profiles they need at the time. We keep your application on file and reach out when something fits your language, dialect, location, or skills.
